Step 1.

The customer provides the design drawing of our socks and informs us of the color, size, material, quantity and other information. We will determine whether it can be done according to your design and provide a quote.

Step 2.

If the customer is satisfied with our price, we will further communicate and ask if the customer needs proofing. If proofing is required, a proofing fee will be incurred, and the proofing time is 3-7 days.

Step 3.

After further communication, if customers need proofing, they can pay the proofing fee through Paypal and the bank. The proofing fee is usually divided into two parts, proofing fee + courier fee. Once we confirm receipt of the proofing fee, we will finalize the proofing request with the customer. After the customer confirms, we will arrange the proofing immediately.

Step 4.

After the sample is completed, we will provide the customer with a photo of the sample. If the customer is not satisfied with the sample, we will modify it again until the customer is satisfied. Then we will arrange international courier to send samples to customers, so we also need customers to provide addresses and contact information.

Step 5.

After the customer receives the sample, if the fabric of the sample or other places need to be modified, you can contact us and we will help to modify it, but the sample after the modification is generally not resent. If the customer is satisfied with the sample, we can proceed to the next communication.
